Join Huw for a hands-on spoon carving workshop at Llety Arall, next door to Siop Iard.

Using traditional tools and techniques, and locally sourced wood from his native Anglesey, Huw will guide participants through every stage of making a traditional Welsh cawl spoon by hand.

During the course, participants will:

• Learn safe and effective carving techniques
• Gain an introduction to sharpening and tool maintenance
• Explore suitable wood selection and grain direction
• Use traditional cutting tools with confidence and care
• Create and take home a finished handmade cawl spoon

Suitable for beginners and those wishing to develop their hand-tool woodworking skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.
