Ordering a piece of jewellery:

You can browse our selection of handmade jewellery in our online shop. 

Delivery:

We use Royal Mail. At the checkout stage you can select which service you would like. We currently offer Tracked 24 service or a fully insured Special Delivery.  You can also select 'Click & Collect' at the shop.

Returning an item:

Craft Courses

Booking a craft course:

Our craft courses can be purchased online, but if you prefer you can visit our shop (Siop iard) in Caernarfon or book over the phone with a card. If you have a voucher you can still book your course online as detailed above. 

Full payment is required up front on every booking, we are not able to take provisional bookings or deposit payments.

All courses include a budget for materials unless indicated otherwise in the description.

A cancelation policy applies to all bookings.

*PLEASE NOTE* Our courses are held at a resource room above the shop, Blacksmithing courses are held at the Forge in Parc Glynllifon about 6 miles south of the town.

Who can attend a Siop iard craft course?

‘Siop iard’ craft courses are strictly for over 18’s only, we do not accept bookings for children or teenagers. Over 12's may attend but must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian in the same craft course.

What happens if Siop iard cancel a course?

‘Siop iard’ retains the right to cancel any event at short notice or otherwise. In this case a full refund would be issued to the customer.
