Refund policy

Jewellery Returns Policy:

We are happy to exchange or offer a credit note on all items provided they are returned to us in their original packaging and condition with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.

Faulty items will be refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase, otherwise a repair or replacement will be offered.

Courses: If you need to cancel your craft course booking for any reason please contact us as soon as possible. We often rely on small numbers of bookings to have a course run and so we appreciate time to access reserve lists or cancel the course entirely.

If you do cancel we will endeavour to sell your place.  If the place is purchased a refund of 90% will be given.  No refund is available otherwise.

We regret that we are unable to swap you from one course to another, they are non-transferable.

In the event that we 'Siop iard' have to cancel a course you will receive a full or refund and/ or be offered an alternative date.
